Aniss Cherkaoui, P.A. is a Florida-licensed real estate professional registered with Transworld Business Brokers, LLC (“Broker”), operating as Transworld Business Advisors. Brokerage services are provided through Broker. Tnational.com is the personal marketing website of Aniss Cherkaoui, P.A. and is not a separate brokerage.
These Terms govern this website; they do not authorize Aniss Cherkaoui, P.A. to change the obligations of Broker or other Transworld entities under separate agreements.

These Terms apply to Tnational.com, including its informational pages, listings, calculators, assessments, registration forms, inquiry forms, and other website features.
By affirmatively accepting these Terms through a website form or tool, you agree to them. Website use is otherwise subject to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
These Terms do not replace a signed listing agreement, brokerage engagement, nondisclosure agreement, purchase agreement, or other transaction document. Separate agreements control their respective subject matter, subject to applicable law. These Terms do not govern a separate software product merely because this website refers to or links to it.
3. Website Information and Services
This website provides general information about buying and selling privately held businesses, business-sale pricing, sale readiness, financing considerations, business listings, mergers and acquisitions, and transaction coordination.
General website content and automated results are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, immigration, lending, securities, or investment advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals for those matters.
The scope of any professional services depends on the applicable brokerage arrangements and engagement.
4. Brokerage Relationships and Seller Authorization
Visiting this website, using its calculators, or submitting information does not, by itself, engage Aniss Cherkaoui, P.A. or Broker to market a business, represent you exclusively, or complete a transaction. The scope of any services will be addressed through the applicable brokerage arrangements and agreements.
Submitting information through this website does not authorize us to advertise or list your business for sale. Seller marketing services begin only after the appropriate exclusive listing agreement has been executed with Broker.
Nothing in these Terms excludes duties imposed by Florida law or changes an existing brokerage relationship or signed agreement.
5. Calculators and Sellability Assessments
Website calculator results are generated using formulas and the information entered. Sellability assessments use responses and scoring criteria to provide a preliminary indication of sale readiness.
Inputs are not independently verified merely because they are submitted. Incomplete information, inaccurate inputs, assumptions, and model limitations can affect results.
Calculator estimates are not formal or certified appraisals, USPAP appraisals, fairness opinions, lender underwriting decisions, or guarantees of market value or selling price. Sellability scores are not probabilities of sale, certifications of business quality, or determinations of financing eligibility.
No result guarantees buyer interest, a particular offer, financing approval, transaction terms, or a completed sale. A score or estimate may change after financial review, due diligence, lender review, or changes in market conditions.
6. Appropriate Use of Results and Pricing Guidance

Estimated business value may differ from the seller’s net proceeds. Unless expressly stated, do not assume a result includes or excludes real estate, cash, debt, inventory, working capital, transaction expenses, taxes, or other adjustments. Actual terms and proceeds depend on the transaction.

You may update your preferences or request that optional listing notifications stop by using an available unsubscribe method or contacting us.
9. Submissions, Follow-Up, and Recordkeeping
Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without appropriate authorization.
Information you submit through this website may be delivered to Aniss Cherkaoui, P.A. by email and used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your business interests, and provide related follow-up. If you request emailed calculator results, the submitted information and results may be included in that email workflow.
Submitted information and correspondence may be retained for these purposes, for business recordkeeping, and to comply with applicable legal requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may request that optional follow-up communications stop by contacting aniss@tworld.com. A request to stop optional follow-up does not require the deletion of records that must be retained or prevent communications necessary for an ongoing transaction.

This is a total limit for all covered claims combined, not a separate limit for each claim, event, or legal theory.

Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Nothing in these Terms shortens a statutory period for bringing a claim or prevents a person from contacting a regulator or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
